For founders at $30K–$100K / month

A done-for-you Revenue Engine that pays for itself in 90 days. Or you don't pay.

We build and install the demand system, the revenue ops, and the owner's dashboard your business runs on when you're not in it. The plan is free. You decide if we build it.

Two calls. A written plan you keep either way. Nothing to buy before you've seen it.

Built engines for
Sound familiar

You built something people pay for. Now it runs on you.

Somewhere between $30K and $100K a month, the thing that got you here stops working. From the inside, it looks like this.

01Your calendar is the capacity planDelivery, sales calls, and "quick questions" fill 40 hours before any growth work starts.
02Leads get one textSomeone opts in, gets a message, doesn't answer, and nobody follows up because nobody owns it.
03Failed payments sit in a dashboardA card declines, a client lapses, and you find out a month later from your bookkeeper.
04The agency sends a reportClicks and cost per lead. It can't show which leads became revenue, because the agency can't see your back end either.
05You tried delegatingIt came back as more Slack messages. So you took it back, and the business shrank to the size of your week.
06Every vendor sells you a channelAds, SEO, a new funnel, a setter. Each one adds demand to a system that was already leaking.
The diagnosis

You don't have a leads problem. You have an engine problem, and right now the engine is you.

Demand, conversion, delivery, collections, and reporting all run through one person. That works at $10K a month. At $50K it caps the business at the hours you can work, and more leads just make the leak louder.

The businesses that get past this point are rarely run by a more "systems-minded" founder. They run on a system the founder doesn't have to think about. We build that system, in 90 days, around your existing offer and team.

Build the engine first. Then turn demand back on.

For eight years my job was attention. At Scaling with Systems I built the omnipresent content engine Ravi Abuvala used on the way to $35M. I believed what most founders believe: if enough of the right people see you, the rest sorts itself out.

Then I took the operator's seat across a portfolio of founder-led businesses, responsible for revenue rather than reach. Ads were running. Launches were happening. And in business after business the money was going somewhere other than the bank: numbers nobody trusted, failed payments nobody retried, leads with one text and no second one, a sales process that lived in one person's head.

None of them had a leads problem. They had an engine problem. Demand was pouring into a back end that couldn't convert it, keep it, or even count it.

So we stopped buying demand and built the engine first. Pipeline stages. Follow-up that runs on its own. Payment recovery. One dashboard the owner reads in 15 minutes a week. Then we turned demand back on, and this time it stuck.

That's what Known Ventures does now, for founders who want to own a business instead of being one. I'm a Growth Partner, not a coach. I don't teach you to build the engine. I build it with you, and I show you the plan before you pay for anything.

The Revenue Engine

Three systems. One business that runs without you in the middle of it.

Every Sprint builds the same three parts, in the same order, tuned to your offer. They're also the three sections of the free plan.

01

Demand System

Qualified conversations on a schedule, whether or not you posted this week.

  • Offer and pricing rebuilt for the next revenue level
  • One funnel: opt-in, booking, follow-up
  • Webinar, VSL, setter, and closer scripts for your offer
  • Content and paid traffic, turned on after the back end is ready
Outcome: booked calls you didn't personally chase.
02

Revenue Ops System

The back end most founders never build, because they are the back end.

  • CRM with real pipeline stages and owners
  • Follow-up automation for every lead that goes quiet
  • Failed-payment recovery and dunning
  • Daily numbers you can trust: leads, calls, closes, cash
Outcome: money that used to leak shows up as revenue.
03

Owner's Cockpit

What you need to see, who owns what, and when the team meets without you.

  • One dashboard, read in 15 minutes
  • Delegation map: every recurring task to a role or an automation
  • Weekly operating cadence your team runs
  • SOPs and recorded walkthroughs for everything we built
Outcome: your hours in delivery cut, documented.
How it works

Call 1: the diagnosis

Your real numbers: revenue, your hours in delivery, lead-to-call, close rate, failed payments, follow-up gaps. We find where the engine leaks and what it costs you each month.

0360 minutes

Call 2: your Game Plan

A two-page plan built from Call 1: the leaks, the three systems in build order, and a 90-day target for profit and your hours. You keep it either way. If you want it built, we talk about the Sprint.

Why free

The plan is the work I'd do in week one anyway, and a founder who has seen their own leak numbers doesn't need to be sold on fixing them.

Proof

What it looks like when the founder only has to show up.

"At first I wasn't too sure. Jack said he'd handle the funnel, the configuration, the promotion, all of it. It far surpassed what I was expecting in how many people registered. I didn't do anything. All I had to do was show up. We booked calls, we had a 100% close rate on the calls booked, and we made $30,000 in one week. He does what he says he's going to do."

The 90-Day Growth Sprint

Done for you, with you. I own strategy, offer, scripts, ads, and ops. My build partner handles the tech. You stay the face of the business and get your weeks back.

Days 1–30

The Leak Audit

  • Retry and recover failed payments
  • Reactivate dead leads with a real sequence
  • Pipeline stages and owners in the CRM
  • Follow-up automation switched on
Days 31–60

The Demand System

  • Offer rebuild and pricing
  • Funnel: opt-in, booking, confirmation, reminders
  • Scripts for every conversation in the funnel
  • Content plan; paid traffic if the numbers say so
Days 61–90

The Owner's Cockpit

  • The one dashboard
  • Delegation map and weekly cadence
  • SOPs and recorded walkthroughs
  • The plan for what breaks at the next level
The guarantee

It pays for itself in 90 days. Or you don't pay.

If the engine hasn't recovered or produced more than the Sprint cost by day 90, you don't pay for it. Days 1–30 go after the money already leaking out of the business, so in most cases it's paid for before we touch a single ad.

Investment and terms are walked through on Call 2, after you've seen your plan. Nothing to buy before then.

Is this for you

Who the Sprint is built for

A good fit Apply

  • Founder-led business doing $30K–$100K a month
  • You sell a high-ticket service, program, or offer that people already pay for
  • You're inside delivery, sales, or ops 25+ hours a week
  • You want to own the business, not be it
  • You're willing to let a system do the operating

Probably not yet Come back later

  • Under $10K a month, or no offer that's sold more than a handful of times
  • You want someone to run one channel and send a report
  • You're looking for a course on how to do it yourself
  • You need to be in every decision to feel safe
  • You're not ready to invest in the build once you've seen the plan

Between $10K and $30K a month? Apply anyway. You'll still get Call 1 and a plan, and there's a smaller way to work together.

Questions

Before you apply

We'll talk about it on Call 2, after you've seen your plan and your own leak numbers. Nothing is sold before then, and the plan is yours whether or not we work together. The Sprint is a 90-day done-for-you build and is priced like one, with one condition on our side: it pays for itself inside the 90 days or you don't pay for it.

It's a real two-page plan built from your numbers: where revenue leaks, what to build, in what order, with a 90-day target. You can hand it to your team and build it yourself. Some founders do. The ones who want it built faster, with someone accountable for it, hire us.

One weekly call, about an hour, plus the decisions only you can make. The whole point is to take hours off your week, so if the Sprint is adding them, something's wrong and we fix it.

If you sell something people pay for and the business runs through you, the three systems apply. What changes is the offer, the channel mix, and the numbers. That's what Call 1 is for.

No. Most of what we build replaces manual work with process and automation first, and only then with people. If a hire is the right move, the delegation map tells you exactly what role to hire and what they'll own.

You own everything: the systems, the SOPs, the dashboard. You get 60 days of async access for questions. A few Sprint graduates ask me to stay on as an operating partner; that's a separate conversation, and it only happens after the engine is proven.
